Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
The “Share Care, Get Rewarded” referral scheme is offered by Qalyup to thank users who recommend the service to friends or family. By taking part, referrers and invitees accept these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility

The referrer must be registered on the Qalyup website.

The referrer must follow Qalyup on Instagram.

The invitee must be a new user who has not previously registered or booked treatment through Qalyup.

The scheme is open to individuals aged eighteen or older.
3. What counts as a successful referral
A referral is considered successful when:

The invitee registers through the Qalyup platform.

The invitee books and completes their treatment through Qalyup.
-
Full payment for the treatment has been received by the provider.
4. Rewards
For every successful referral, the referrer may choose one of the following rewards:

A payment of twenty five pounds sent to the referrer’s bank account.

A credit of fifty pounds applied to the referrer’s own treatment booking through Qalyup.
5. Reward conditions

Only one reward is issued per successful referral.

Rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged for any other form of compensation.

Treatment credit can only be used towards bookings made through Qalyup.

Qalyup will notify the referrer once a referral is confirmed. Rewards will be processed within ten working days of confirmation.
6. Limits and fair use

Referrers may submit multiple referrals.

Qalyup reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards if fraudulent, misleading or improper activity is suspected.
7. Privacy
Any personal data shared during the referral process will be handled in line with Qalyup’s Privacy Policy and the requirements of UK and EU data protection law.
8. Changes to the scheme
Qalyup may amend, pause or end the referral scheme at any time. Any changes will not affect referrals already confirmed as successful.
9. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
