Tamara Tortosa
Tamara is a nurse with over 13 years’ experience in critical care, theatres, and clinical quality assurance. She recently completed an MSc in Health Policy at Imperial College London and is passionate about improving health outcomes through both individual support and system-level change. Combining frontline clinical expertise with strong academic insight, she is committed to advancing quality, safety, and innovation in healthcare through Qalyup.

Dr Lorena Robaina Cabrera
Dr Lorena Robaina Cabrera is a medical scientist specialising in pharmacology and genetics, with a PhD from King’s College London. She brings over 20 years of experience in critical care and clinical nursing leadership, combining deep scientific expertise with extensive frontline and managerial practice. At Qalyup, Lorena ensures that key decisions are evidence-based and research-driven, enabling expansion into new markets while maintaining the academic rigour of our quality assurance processes.
